DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 15th Annual Jobs Y’all Transition Fair and Disability Mentoring Day on October 12 from 9 am to 11:30 am. This event is open to high school juniors and seniors with disabilities in our 11-county area and their parents. Students are able to learn about various career options\, post-secondary school options\, and community resources. This event is also open to homeschool students. Parents are able to attend parent sessions with informative information.
