Virtual reality (VR) headsets offer a unique and immersive experience that can enhance traditional learning methods. With VR, students can explore and interact with digital environments that would be impossible to replicate in real life.

For example, students can see what it’s like to work on power lines as an electrician, repair vehicles as a mechanic, or arrive at the scene of a car crash as a first responder – all from a safe and controlled location.

VR also provides a more inclusive learning experience, allowing students with disabilities or limited mobility to participate and engage in ways that may not have been possible before.

• Career Tool Boxes may be checked out for 2 weeks, with an option to renew for up to 4 weeks.

• Virtual Reality Headsets are available for scheduled sessions, where Workforce Solutions staff provide on-site support.
