Kayla Crowley

Kayla Crowley is the Child Care Contract Manager for the Workforce Solutions North Texas Board Administration. She has a background in Child Care and received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Midwestern State University.

She has three daughters: Gabby, Hannah, and Izzy, and they are the absolute lights of her life. She loves being a girl mom! Apart from being the Child Care Contract Manager for the WSNT Board, she is also a Level 1 CrossFit coach. She is very thankful to be in this position and enjoys working with the Child Care Services team to implement quality childcare as well as advocate for childcare in our communities.

Kayla believes that Child Care workers, owners, and directors have a very difficult job but one that is essential to the proper development of children and the workforce. If there is not enough adequate and affordable childcare, the workforce and economy will suffer greatly! Kayla believes it is essential to educate the community on the importance of quality childcare and she aims to do that!
