LeAnne Baird

Texas Regional Pathways Network Coordinator

LeAnne Baird is the Texas Regional Pathways Network Coordinator for the Workforce Solutions North Texas Board Staff since 2025. Previously, she spent two years at the Workforce Center in Wichita Falls working as the Student HireAbility Navigator.

LeAnne obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and her Master’s in Business Administration from Lamar University. She was born and raised in Nocona, TX, before settling in the Wichita Falls area with her family.

She is a proud mother to three very active children. LeAnne can mostly be seen at a ball field/court, theater, or stage watching her kids with their many activities. When she’s not there, she enjoys shopping and decorating. Her favorite quote is by Alice Paul, “There’s nothing complicated about ordinary equality.”
