Delta Hotels by Marriott Wins Award at Texas Workforce Conference
Workforce Solutions North Texas is proud to recognize Delta Hotels by Marriott Wichita Falls Convention Center as the region’s 2024 Local Employer of Excellence. Delta Hotels by Marriott accepted the award at the Texas Workforce Commission’s (TWC) 27th Annual Texas Workforce Conference held Dec. 4 – Dec. 6, 2024, in Grapevine. Local Workforce Development Boards nominate employers who make a positive impact on workers, the community, and the state through their partnerships with Texas Workforce Solutions.
Since entering our community, Delta Hotels by Marriott has partnered with Workforce Solutions North Texas to provide opportunities to the workforce of North Texas. Throughout 2023 and into 2024, they participated in job fairs, co-hosted hiring events, welcomed training partnerships and provided quality training opportunities for WIOA and PATHS for Texas OJTs and Work Experience participants. They also joined the roster of Teacher Externship host sites for summer 2024. Our teams have built trust through partnering and the strength of our mutual success continues to grow.
